LensCrafters Third Street

I was a previous patient at Atlantic Eye Institute but always felt rushed there. They take so many patients at once, sometimes you feel like you are taking a number at a deli! I decided to give LensCrafters a try for an eye exam. I am so glad! It is a small facility and their customer service was exceptional. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. Steve helped me select my glasses. He went above and beyond in educating me about the different options without being too salesy, making sure all the numbers were right, walking me through each step and that each pair was comfortable. I got three new pairs of glasses and switched the lenses out of two frames that I already had. Everything came out perfectly. Steve called to let me know that my new sunglasses had a slight scratch and he was sending them back for a remake. He spent so much time with me and I appreciated his attention to detail. He clearly loves what he does, which is comforting. Thank you Steve and LensCrafters!!

Walked in on a late weekend afternoon for an eye exam. I did not know they were about to end their shift but Bouchra , the manager still accommodated me, she took her time and she was so thorough during the process. Dr. Wen, Rose Marie and Danielle were a well oiled machine, they worked in synch and had great communication. They were also very hospitable and friendly. Alice , was so adept in her skills that made me pick the right frame and lenses for me. Overall, I had an excellent experience with the crew! Had the pleasure to work with Bouchra and she was amazing! I stopped in for a missing screw and fix on my sunglasses and she immediately said that would not be an issue and give her 5 minutes. She took care of it quickly and efficiently and got it fixed for me. She even took the extra time to make sure the sunglasses sat right on my head and looked the best they could as they were initially sitting crooked on my face. She turned a walk in client into a returning customer! Thank you very much Bouchra and I will be back with my next pair of glasses!!

I recently purchased new glasses at the Lens Crafters Jacksonville Florida store. It was a great experience. Kasia (pronounced KAH-shah) listened to me carefully and was especially helpful. I am very happy with my new glasses and the service was excellent! James Szyslowski

I hope I spell his name correct. Raben was awesome. I came in with a pair of glasses that a screw fell out. He found a solution by replacing the screw with one similar. Explained what he did to make it look close to the same. Gave me a cloth to clean the glasses before I left. I didn’t even buy anything from him or the store. This is what I call customer service. Love to see people helping others. Well done
