Lentz Eye Care

I do not recommend. My insurance has no co pay and i've been charged at co pay for the last two years. Another reason i'm upset is my appointment has been canceled twice. The first time I didn't even know my appointment was canceled. I already done moved on to another eye doctor so i'm not worried about it. Also , when I bought glasses , I was tolded if I purchased insurance , it covered everything , including scratches on the lens. I took my glasses up there and the same lady that sold me.The insurance said that was not included. So they lie and that's one thing I do not put up with , so I wrote this review. Also canceling an appointment twice is just unnecessary.

I have been a patient for 5 years. The doctors and staff have always been friendly and professional. My complete visit has always been within 30-45 minutes and I haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be called back. I've also dealt with the optical for my glasses. Selection is great and the opticians are so helpful and patient. My only negative comment is there is no frame styling. Customers are allowed to peruse all games and make the decision on their own. I prefer to have guidance. Overall, I am very impressed and will continue to visit Lentz Eye Care.

Out of 25 years of having eye exams and glasses ordered this place was the fastest, fanciest place I've ever been to. Everyone was so nice, informative, and effient. The young lady who helped me with my glasses was so wonderful. She just had such warm kind things to say and it didn't hurt that she didn't belive I have a 26 year old daughter LOL she actually reminded me of an old friend I had. Its was all just a wonderful, pleasant, and super light on the out of pocket expenses on your wallet. First time I left without having to drop 400-450 bucks cause the eye doctor place whom you trusted always said it would be cheaper to do it without my insurance.... We'll hey guess what?! They're liars. I love this office and have no reason to go out searching again. They're stuck with me Muahahahahahahahaha

The receptionists were helpul The examination was thorough. The Doctor explained the test results very well. Choosing new glasses was made easy and without any pressure. I was very happy with everything.

Lentz Eye Care was very professional and courteous. I arrived at my appointment a little early and was seen right away. Dr. McBee was very thorough in her explanations. I highly recommend Lentz Eye Care for any eye concerns or checkups.
