So done with this office. Arrive on time every time for my dad’s appointments. And it takes an hour EVERY TIME, just be taken back to wait another hour. And they don’t even dilate his eyes! Having a basic eye exam should not take 2 hours. We are done!!!

Blended bifocals are the best ever! Service was great, although it took over three weeks for my glasses to be prepared. I, admittedly, was a bit frustrated as I waited for my glasses. But when I put on the glasses and saw distance and read “clearer than ever,” couldn’t have been happier!
Don’t buy glasses here, you will never receive them. I had my eye exam on 12/11 and still haven’t received my glasses. I contacted Lenza 3 times trying to get this resolved. They called me back 10 days ago letting me know that they expedited the order and they would call me when they receive them. I still haven’t received their call. Finally, I went to Costco and got similar glasses for a third of the cost. Don’t waste your money and time at Lenza.
Yesterday I had my yearly eye appointment at the Lenza Eye Center in Newberg. As always members of the staff were skilled, efficient, kind and patient. Dr. Gurdian is both excellent as an ophthalmologist and kind as a person. I always feel valued as a patient and a person. Thanks to everyone at Lenza.
I booked a visit for an eye exam and contact lense fitting. Normally, the doctor is able to send me away with a trial pair of contacts and I am able to order contacts through them either at that time or later over the phone. Instead, I’ve had to come in 3 times total, missing work for each visit. Once for the first visit, which was the exam and fitting. A second time to pick up my trail contacts and for them to look at them. And a third time to pick up my contact prescription because they refuse to release my prescription to me until my insurance has covered the cost of the visit. They insist that it’s company policy for me to pick up the prescription in person too, as they will not email it. I also do not live in this area full-time and so it will be quite a while until I am able to order contacts again. The doctor is the one who makes these policies and I was told that he refused to make an exception. My experience with this center has been incredibly frustrating, expensive, and time consuming.
