Dr. Kaufman is amazing. Friendly, takes time to listen and answer all my silly questions. Highly recommend her. My only complaint is it's obvious that the staff that help with adjusting glasses and such get minimal training.
My husband and I have both had our eyes cared for at Owen Eye Care in Newberg. We have had different people help us through the years and every person who works there is so very kind and knowledgeable. I originally bought my glasses at Costco because of the price difference, but after some time the glasses just weren't working for me. I went to Owen Eye Care and had a thorough eye exam and found that there were some additional changes which could be made that greatly improved my sight. I ordered new glasses (using my old frames) and after some time needed help seeing distances. I dropped by Owen Eye Care and Dennis sat down with me, looked at my eyes/glasses and quickly did a few tweaks as to how they sat on my face. So much better! I have been helped by several others, including Dr. Owen who is amazing. They go out of their way to completely provide excellent glasses and if there is any question, they are so very ready to help. I can't imagine a better place to go for any eye care concerns.
The office was clean, staff pleasant. Equipment was modern, fees reasonable. Dr Owen was great, knowledgable, thorough, answered all my questions with confidence and accuracy. I'll be back, along with additional family members. It has taken three years to find a great optometrist. I'm grateful.
Dr. Anderson always provides excellent care for our family. His follow up appointments for my LASIK have been thorough and informative. He's also provided excellent care for my 6 year old. Highly recommended!
Owen eye care has been our eye care specialists since moving to Oregon almost three years ago. They are friendly, efficient and I feel they use the latest methods in their exams . They have a very good selection of glasses to choose from and work well with our insurance plan. We will continue to use Owen Eye Care.
