Liz and Roho at the front desk were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly during my appointment. They were both incredibly kind, patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Sometimes going to an eye appointment can feel a little overwhelming, especially when you have questions about your insurance, paperwork, scheduling, or choosing the right options, but Liz and Roho made everything so easy and stress-free. They took the time to explain things clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I never felt rushed or like I was being a bother, which I really appreciated. Their customer service truly stood out to me. You can tell that they genuinely care about the patients who walk through their doors. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end.
