Dr Farivari did the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Not only was she thorough but also listened to my concerns and explained everything in terms that I could understand. She had excellent communication skills and made me so comfortable. She is truly the best doctor I have ever seen.
I’ve been going for years and it’s always a pleasant experience. The staff are knowledgeable and very very nice. My dr is absolutely wonderful and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. Highly recommend.
"Sorry it's my policy to give you 1-star review" Called to make an appointment, new client. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a front desk lady just to pick up the phone. She sounded like she really hated her job. Whatever. Trying to schedule, provided my info, she pulled up profile from Brigham system (?), then informed that she needs insurance info. I was like, ok, what the hell did you pull up then if you still need all the info all over again? I didn't have my insurance number with me, so I asked her to either keep it empty, or put a self-pay, so whenever I come for my appointment - I will provide my insurance info. Sounds normal, right? Apparently, nope. Not for this place. "Oh, it's out policy, we MUST have insurance info before scheduling appointment". So I asked to mark as self-pay, and then she told me that for self-pay, they will place an additional fee... for being self-pay. So, let me get this straight, imagine, if you don't have insurance, then this place will rip you off additionally? What is this, a poverty tax? Nah, thanks. It's my policy to stay away from crooks.
Dr Favivari is a great edition to the staff at Lexington Eye Westford. She gave a concise and understandable explanations for the results of my eye exam. She has an extremely pleasant personality and professional attitude. I look forward to seeing her again in the future.
Excellent experience at Lexington Eye in Littleton! Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The receptionist was welcoming, Binh was thorough and professional during my assessment, Dr. Thomas provided a comprehensive exam and explained the results, and Wayne went above and beyond in helping me choose eyewear and understand my insurance benefits. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
