My Wife and I called and was able to get appointments for the both of us the same day. When we arrived we were treated like family. Very nice and caring people working here . The Doctor and staff were Amazing people. Thank you for taking such great care of us . The office is very nice. I know that we found our new Optometrist and won’t go anywhere else .
I had an excellent experience today with Dr. Momi and the entire team at Li and Liao Optometry. In the past, my eye exams were usually very basic checking letters on a chart, updating my prescription, and sending me on my way. Because of that, I never realized how important regular eye exams truly are. Dr. Momi was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every part of the exam. The staff asked detailed questions about my lifestyle, work, and daily visual needs, which showed they genuinely wanted to understand how to provide the best care for me. I learned so much about my eye health and the options available for my new glasses. The team also helped me choose additional features for my lenses that will benefit my daily life, and I’m excited to receive my new glasses. Most importantly, this visit made me feel confident about continuing preventive eye care in the future. I was so impressed with the level of care and professionalism that I even scheduled an appointment for my husband. Best eye doctor I've ever been to. I've seen a lot of them too. I'm 71 and have had glasses almost my entire life. All staff including the doctor are so patient and kind. They explain every step of what and why they are doing everything throughout the exam and afterwards.
