I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in their services. The staff and physicians have consistently been friendly, caring, and professional, though there were recurring issues with prescriptions and communication. After sharing my concerns, the follow‑through and overall communication have improved a great deal.
I don’t like how they cancel your appointment and then act like oh well this is when we can see you next , which is usually months out ! I don’t say too much because I like my provider but the support staff I do not care for and my heart rate goes crazy dealing with them ! They are actually a trigger for my social anxiety. They look down on people and l don’t like that! Asking people to drop samples when they have no history of use is crazy to me also ! People have rights!!
I really like the way they work together to solve your health problems. They are genuinely care for each patient without long wait times. They really have it down to a science!
Dr Cola really listens, Behavioral Health Department is remarkable & OBGYN is great as well and they have ON SIGHT LAB TECHS
Nurses are nice, but I can never get a call back, or speak to anyone when needed! After your appointment you almost have to harrass them to get a call back or to speak to your DR. Phone calls will most ALWAYS go to voicemail! Only to never be acknowledged or returned again:
