Love my eye doctor. I have glaucoma and he has been treating me at the request of my regular eye doctor. Doing his best to save my vision and I really appreciate him and all of his associates working to help me. His office is busy but that just proves how many people come to him and his staff for help.

I have been a patient here for many years and they are the best. The office staff, to the doctors, the eye support staff, and those who fill your eye prescription with new glasses are all so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons, you have definitely earned my loyalty.

First visit today with Dr. Karns and the entire experience was amazing. From the front office staff all the way through the process on the clinical side I felt welcome, cared for and most of all listened to. Jessica who did my intake was exceptional and was kind and informative. Dr Karns cared about my past experiences and took the time to listen and explained the entire examination as we went. He referred me to another specialist and I have so much confidence in him moving forward. He asked my wife and I if we had questions and listened and answered them all. His Tech Hanna explained the next steps and took us to the front desk where my referral appt was scheduled while we waited. Everyone was so pleasant and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you all!!

All staff was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough examination. They were quick to answer any questions I had about my vision concerns. I recommend Dr Smit and NOES.

I highly recommend. Dr Smit is very thorough and upfront. Had another place schedule me for eye surgery and went for another opinion. He said it isn't necessary at this time. Obviously not after his patients money.
