The Dr and staff were wonderful. All of them were very helpful and polite. There were a lot of different nurses doing a job to help the appointment run smoothly before seeing the Dr.

Dr Macher always is thorough and kind. However, NOT happy with the new Sign in and confirmation on line. I DONT AGREE with the NEW SIGN IN PROCEDURE. Patient info " MEDICARE AND OTHER INSURANCE AND DRIVER LICENSE etc. If U dont ck in on LINE must Smust SCAN QR CODE IN OFFICE.
Mitch who did some tests on my eyes was so helpful. He got me out of the wheelchair & onto the dental chair with such ease & gentleness. He kept saying "You're doing fine & we're almost there." This was not his first time helping people into the dental chair. Kelly, the Dr's assistant explained what I needed to get & wrote it down for me. Dr. Monsen might be new there but I feel he'll be with your company for quite some time. He explained all he was doing & why he was doing it. He was professional & personable too. The whole appointment was a very good experience & I thank all of you.
Today (6/24/26) was my measurement appointment for cataract surgery. Amanda was exceptional. Very focused on the measurements. But, also very kind & helpful in making so much information less overwhelming! So far, including my initial appointment @ N Canton everyone has been truly patient oriented.
People deserve much better treatment! More professionalism is needed at reception. A more mature, patient-centered manner on the part of the Doctor would certainly compensate for this. He shirks the majority of his work upon his staff & treats patients in a cold, instrumental way. He seems narcissistic & overly concerned with his 'status' & upon money than anything else. There is no follow-through. I had to call back & request to have my summary- which is customary at any doctor's office- & my prescription to be mailed to me. It's been a week & still nothing in the mail- although they claimed that it was taken care of. Based upon what I've seen so far as a first-time patient, I think this establishment needs some accountability. They would do better to put the person that fields calls when calling the main number at the actual office. Kelly & Sean were on point & respectful, though! Other then that, this experience was demoralizing & disturbing.
