My first visit was just recently. The staff was very kind. Dr. Bryce Sealock was great! He explained a particular condition in my left eye with clarity and insight. I felt completely at ease and respected; something sorely lacking at the last clinic I patronized. Lastly, the selection of frames was excellent. The assistant really helped me pick out a style to complement my face & skin tone. Couldn't be happier all around!

One of the nose pads fell off my glasses. I got them at Sam's. I walked in here to get it replaced expecting to pay, right? They replaced both pads , tightened up all screws and cleaned them AT NO CHARGE! Five minutes later I was walking out the door with a smile on my face!

Never met a more personable doctor always upbeat, kind very wise and helpful very assuring as well And the Staff are very helpful , especially Christina when it comes to finding That Right Frame 🤓 I had a wonderful experience at Four Seasons Eye Care in Buffalo. I stopped in yesterday to have my prescription eyeglasses looked at, and while I was at the desk, I saw Dr. Bryce heading into another room. I called out a quick hello, but I wasn't even sure if he heard me since he seemed so busy. To my complete surprise, about 20 minutes later—while I was already in my vehicle—Dr. Bryce personally called my phone just to return my greeting and wish me a wonderful weekend. In today’s world, it is so rare to find a doctor who is that attentive and personal. It was a truly honorable thing to do, and it shows how much he values his patients. I get all my glasses here! The staff is amazing! My eye exams have been very efficient and well done. Christina is so patient with me. She not only helps me pick out glasses that look good on me - paying attention to all the details - she works hard to be sure my glasses fit exactly perfect. I feel well taken care of here! Chelsea is great, too! I enjoy coming here because the staff not only go above and beyond to meet my needs, they feel like friends.

This is an exceptional location! I’ve been going here since I was a child. Everyone here is so incredibly friendly and supportive of what your eye needs are. Kristina is the most empathetic and genuine person I’ve met. She has a passion for helping people. She doesn’t just slap a bandaid on the issue and send you out the door. She helps you find answers and puts in the work for her clients. She is patient even when I have a lot of questions. Ive never caught anyone here on a “bad” day. It’s nothing but smiles here! The eye doctors pay close attention to detail and change. I will always go here! Thank you four seasons :) The world needs more people like your team - kind, passionate, professional, and caring.
