Absolutely 5 star for Gayle Dreman! She is always thorough and so helpful and sweet! She literally has corrected other eye doctors mistakes for me. Always prompt, always clear, always has given amazing care. She even has proficiently dealt with my autistic son. And he's not an easy one for eye drops! I cannot recommend Gayle enough, she's amazing. That being said, the staff is so-so. When I tried to get in, they said they didn't take my insurance. No further help on their part. I called my insurance and they repeatedly assured me that yes, Dr. Dreman was in network. After a GREAT DEAL of back and forth with the Walmart staff, they discovered they put my birthdate one day off..... Really? NOTHING else was a clue for you? Name, address, INSURANCE number? *heavysigh* It's too bad if folks aren't getting an appointment when the staff can't figure out the simpliest things. Hopefully they can up their game, because the doctor is absolutely worth it!

I lost my contact. Called to reorder missing one & asked about a short term alternative contact to get me by. No contact was ever ordered. Doctor is unavailable for any conversation all week. How is it possible that a Walmart employee is dealing with 1 associate not even ordering it, or communicating to Doctor about the urgency in my visual needs, to another associate finally ordering one a week later but not getting a message to the ophthalmologist about a temp replacement. I have a very serious astigmatism and no glasses, going over 2 weeks with one contact is dire, instead of this clinic doing what they said they were doing Im now forced to live another week of poor vision. I will never spend any money or my time with a clinic so unprofessional and with so many communication issues.

Gayle Dramen was friendly and very Through in her exam and explanation so that I understood all that she was telling me. Tech Piper very friendly and helpful to get my old glasses in A serviceable mode until I get my new glasses. Thank you both.

I loved the eye doctor. She was very helpful and informative. But once I got to the part where I was to pick out glasses the staff couldn't figure out my insurance. I went home to check with my insurance company to see if Walmart was in my network. I called Walmart eye center staff back and told them they are in fact a part of my network. They still couldn't figure it out. The eye center manager got on the phone and was angry and impatient. I wasn't mad at all, I just wanted to figure out the insurance issue and what needed to be done to get glasses. The manager's mood was so bad that I kindly told the other staff after the manager pawned me off on them that I apologize but I will go with someone else. I ended up at Vision Works where that staff pulled up my insurance quickly and was great help.

My 5 yr old son snapped his glasses in half. Again. We went to the vision center for a replacement. Easy peasy. Ladies were very helpful and we walked away with a new pair within 15 minutes. We also scheduled an eye exam for my son. Fast forward a week or so and we go to the appointment, but the doctor says she is unable to help because my son needs a specialist. She made sure to call one right then and there and we got my son an appointment set up right away!!! she was very apologetic for not being able to help, but absolutely wonderful in making sure we found the right place to go!!! Absolutely a wonderful woman!
