I would have to say, that it was the best eye examination I have ever had in my life! Dr Essary took the time to explain every aspect of the exam. Josh was wonderful in assisting me in my frame choice. From the time I walked in the door, I was met with courteous, professional and stellar service. Central Illinois is blessed to have this quality of service and expertise available to the communities. Worth every penny!
My First eyecare/diabetic eyecare exam was fantastic. Dr. Esarey and Mattie were so through and explained everything in a way that I fully understood. My diabetic exam was the most through diabetic exam I've ever had. The whole team at Lifetime Eye Care are so caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The new office is so welcoming as well. Absolutely wonderful!! Beautiful building yes but the staff were all extremely nice and professional. I didn't feel rushed through the exam. They were informative and helped me understand my eyes. I am so very glad I made the switch. I wanted a more thorough exam and more professional than I had been used to. I can't wait to get my glasses!!!
I had a great experience with Lifetime Eye Care. I ended up with a scratch on my eye from one of our dogs, and when the pain started getting worse, I called their office to explain what happened. From the moment I spoke with the receptionist, they took it seriously and got me in immediately. The care I received was quick, professional, and reassuring, exactly what you hope for in a situation like that. A special thank you to Dr. Mark Esarey for taking such great care of me. I truly appreciate the responsiveness and level of service. Highly recommend!
I would recommend anyone to come to this office to get their eye appointments done. Very professional and very friendly. My doctor who took care of me who was Dr. Mark, took care of me and explained things to me very thoroughly to my understanding. I was really amazed and I'm happy that I switched doctors.
