Both the optometrist and the optician were very polite and professional. My prescription is crystal clear, and I love my new glasses. I will be back to replace the lenses in my other frames. Thank you! 😎
Front desk people were extremely helpful but after that it was a complete downgrade. They don't understand insurances of various types . I was treated like I was second class citizen telling me that I could pick out frames but couldn't help me beyond that. I really would not recommend this place because of the attitude and lack of professionalism past the front desk.

Great service. Nice selection. They helped me find a good price because my insurance would not cover progressive lenses. I had to pay out of pocket. They worked well with me. My glasses arrive much sooner than expected. Thank you!
I had not been a patient with Lifetime, but back in January, I had an emergency that required my eyes to be tested. I called Lifetime, and they were the only ones that knew the severity of my situation and agreed to see me. That meant a lot, and knew I wanted to go back. I had great experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Cannot wait to get my new glasses!! 😊 Update: received my new glasses...love them!!
