My initial appointment had to be changed due to a scheduling conflict on my end they got me in the next day. The eye exam was quick and easy and they helped me find out info because I lost my insurance card. Glasses came back quicker than expected because they informed them of my situation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Decided to switch from Vision works to going here based on this 1 experience alone.

Had an eye exam and ordered glasses. After 5 weeks of not known when I would be getting my glasses I decided to cancel my glasses order. So, I told them to cancel the glasses order. The next day I found out the billing office new nothing of the canceled order. Here I am 8 weeks later and 3 phone calls later. Still waiting for a refund to my insurance company, no glasses, and still no refund so I can not get glasses because Rochester Family Eye doesn't know how to refund correctly. I've provided them with the ID number and claim number and they can't seem to do it correctly, but they can take the money and keep it for themselves. Will not be going back because I lost the money for glasses. Because I'm still waiting.
First time needing prescription eye glasses. The staff were very friendly and professional. They ran my insurance and then had me sample the frames that were covered. Highly recommend coming here for glasses!
Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Available appointments at convenient times and contact lens orders arrive quickly.
I purchased some glasses there a couple weeks ago and the rx seemed off. I took them into get them checked out to find out my rx was “changed” from -3.75 to -2.75 in my left eye. I was told I needed to talk to my Dr and asked why it was changed. So I drive to the other side of town by the mall. I ask my Dr why my rx got better. Turns out Rochester family eye entered in my prescription wrong. I wasted my entire lunch driving back and forth because of this. On top of that I have to wait another 2 weeks to get them back with the correct rx. I have gotten multiple glasses there with no problems. Extremely disappointed this time around.
