Lifetime Eyecare

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Smith today. My daughter is 6 yo, and she is always nervous going to the doctor and dentist. It was her first time getting her eyes checked. Dr. Smith was so sweet and great with kids. I had been a patient with different optical offices around Grand Rapids. I have to say this is the best one. Very clean and spacious office. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Lifetime Eyecare!

Dr Smith and the whole staff at Lifetime Eyecare are fantastic! I had been going to RX Optical, but they overcharged me on several things. Compare that to the staff at Lifetime Eyecare, who applied my insurance correctly the first time, and went above & beyond to find a rebate for my contacts! And here is the best part...a few weeks later I was driving by the building on my way to work at about 7:30am. What do I see? Dr Smith is outside, cleaning the windows on the building! That says a lot about the doctor that he is humble enough and cares about his business to be out there cleaning the windows. If you are looking for a caring, knowledgeable eye doctor in Jenison, I highly recommend Lifetime Eyecare!

Dr. Smith and the staff were very friendly and informative about my vision changing. They provided clear options with no pressure to choose what they wanted. Following my appointment they made sure my current glasses were fitting properly and made needed adjustment. I switched to Dr. Smith from the other doctor in the office and am extremely happy I made the change. I am more confident in Dr. Smith and his methods and did not feel like I was being sold something I did not need (like I did with the previous doctor). Thank you Dr. Smith and staff for the change and excellent experience.

Love this office and Dr. Smith! Staff is friendly and very helpful. And they have great frames to pick from!! I can never leave with just one pair - usually three or four because I find too many good choices!
