Grace Potter is doing an amazing job running the office in Granville. We felt immediately welcomed and seen. Her staff does there job well and goes beyond in making sure you have what you need. Very helpful on picking out eye wear. Doctor Sherah was knowledgeable and made me and my husband feel so comfortable and even engaged with all my 3rds questions about all the tools she used. Very pleased with our visit and look forward to continuing service over the foreseeable future.

It was my first visit since switching from a place I had been going to since I was a kid. I had such a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly & kind. Alana explained everything in such detail and was very thorough. Faten was extremely sweet and helped me pick some beautiful frames out and explained all of my insurance coverages to me. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with everything and that meant a ton. I can be very indecisive lol. Can’t wait to continue my visits here!

Lisa did an amazing job helping me get the right fit for my glasses! She helped us check out quickly and knew exactly which products we needed! She was funny and friendly! We appreciate her and the time she spent with us after they were actually closed! Thank you Lisa!! You’d better be working the day I pick up my new glasses!! Lol Update:ended up not loving my glasses. (Totally me not them) Went back to Lisa and she was amazing!! Got me into some I could love!!! Thank you!!

Lisa was absolutely amazing along with Mark & Sejla. They're all incredibly helpful and super explanatory. And Dr Eavey did an amazing job with my exam! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful experience from the time I called to set up the appointment to receiving my frames. Great communication, very friendly, very knowledgeable, this is my new home for my eyes! Shout out to Faten for her wonderful customer service!
