I visited this location for the first time on Saturday July 11th. From the moment I walked in everything was exceptional. Check in was quick & easy along with all the pretests. Dr. Megan Cruce explained more to me in the short time I was there than any of my previous eye doctors have. When it came time to pick out glasses and order contacts the gentleman that I worked with (can't remember his name) was kind & courteous and help me find a new pair of frames, as I was carrying around 8 different ones I liked. He explained all the lens options and what he felt was the best fit for me and why. Definitely a 10/10 and even though I currently live in Traverse City I will go back to this location.

3 weeks ago I had my eye exam, and picked out glasses. The lady who worked with me on this, marked the glasses and took down my insurance information. I have dual insurance and she seemed annoyed because it would cause her to contact the insurance companies, which she wasn't fond of doing. Today I called and was informed that there is no order, no paperwork, no anything of my eyeglass order. She just dismissed the order because it made her more work, even though it is her job. Absolutely horrible service. They also did not acknowledge my secondary insurance towards the co-pay of the eye exam, and I am not getting reimbursed for that.

Dr. Cruce is extremely knowledgeable and found my gf's detached retina before it detached, she's efficient and fast as well at the prescriptions and contact fitting. Best doctor ive ever been to.

If you’re looking for a nice friendly environment this is the place to go! I got an appointment the same day and the doctor is great! She explained everything in great detail and the whole staff is very nice.

The doctor was great. She fully explained the new large floater in my eye, and assured me there was nothing to worry about.
