I saw Dr. Turk and she is great. I came here after a terrible experience with Kearney Eye. - (Rx was off, disregarded my dual astigmatism. Frame arm cracked on 2nd use; avoided even discussing the Rx & said the frame looked fine to her. I asked there isn't any sort of warranty or courtesy assistance? My 1st & only pair from them. "No.") My appointment was about a year out, as typical with opth clinics. NBD. I'm just a bit farsighted and it allowed for Medicaid coverage since it was in a new calendar year anyway. ☺︎ Dr. Turk was great. I'm ultra sensitive to the drops, the standard strength dilates me for ~6-8 hrs, & they used some that barely lasted beyond the appointment length. I was even able to safely drive myself home. She was very friendly and actively conversational the whole time. I know to look at frames before the exam since you can't see anything when you're done, so she just led me to the front and made sure my order was in with the optical dept. and urged me to reach out for anything I may need. 𖹭 Would recommend, 10/10.

New patient for contacts. My first appointment took 2 hours. I got in right away with a tech, then waited to see the Dr for 1hr and 45mins. My face must have showed my frustration so the Dr offered to get me in right away the following week to check the fit and get the contacts ordered. I appreciated this. That appointment was fine, but it was so early the nurse or assistant who ordered the contacts wasnt in yet. So I was told she would call me to get the ordered. No call. I finally called, front desk got payment and told me 7-10 days for delivery. I waited 14 days, to allow for business hours. Call, they said 2 more days. I waited 3, called, now they say 4 more days. At this point I’m going on 2 months without contacts. Front desk said they’ve been having problems with UPS, which would be understandable if they would have been upfront when I ordered.

Went to Lind Eye Care for emergency testing as the ER doctors recommended. Since I wasn't a current patient, they were too busy to see me. Said they could see me in a few months. Went to another eye doctor a few blocks away 15 minutes later and was immediately rushed in for care and treated with respect and concern. Wouldn't recommend this place. The receptionist was less than pleasant and dismissive. Clearly they don't care about you unless you are a current patient! Not visiting this place again!

My family has been going to Lind Eye Care for several years. They have always provided excellent care and treatment of us. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing eye care.

Lind EyeCare is a great stop if you need eye care attention. Dr's. Lind and Turk will exceed your expectations. Great people to work with and be assured, they will go that extra mile to see you are satisfied.
