The doctors here are excellent. They are professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions thoroughly. We have felt very confident in the care received, especially throughout the LASIK follow-up process. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has consistently been frustrating. Scheduling appointments and completing paperwork has felt unnecessarily difficult at times, largely due to interactions with one specific staff member. During one visit, we also witnessed a tense argument at the front desk between staff members that probably should have been handled privately and more professionally. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere for patients checking in. I understand that stressful days happen and that every workplace has challenges, but front desk staff set the tone for the entire patient experience. A little more professionalism, patience, and constructive communication would go a long way with the front desk. We will continue coming here because the providers themselves, but we genuinely hope improvements are made regarding the front desk environment and patient interactions.
