I usually don’t write reviews for doctors but the service was truly stellar and I recommend everyone come here to book an appointment with doctor Niyazov, she truly was amazing and addressed all my concerns as a patient. The rest of the staff was also lovely (such as the receptionist and the lady who did my glasses). They were very friendly and welcoming, will be coming back for sure. Went here because I quickly needed an eye exam for school, and met doctor Niyazov. She was a professional expert and handled all of my concerns as a patient. She also checked on the health of my eyes in a manner that was both timely and professional. Was pleasantly surprised by the service I received here.

I have to say, this was by far the best experience I have had outside of visiting my regular ophthalmologist. They were able to get me in the same day, and upon arrival, I was seen almost immediately and treated with kindness and a smile. Everyone was on their game, attentive, and professional. Even though other customers were also being seen, it never once felt like I was being rushed or that I was somehow extending anyone’s day. I can be a bit particular when it comes to my vision, and I know when something feels off. During my last three eye exams elsewhere, I walked out feeling like something wasn’t quite right with one eye and was always told, “Don’t worry, your eyes will adjust.” That was not my experience here. Not only did I leave feeling confident that my prescription was accurate, but I also learned something and, most importantly, felt heard. This is now my go-to place and where I will recommend everyone to go. The staff and overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. That may sound strange to say, but it genuinely made a difference in the experience. On top of all that, the customer service was outstanding and the Dr was excellent.. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! ----------------------------++ Visited my new favorite eye care location again today — not because I needed to, but because it is such an easy place to visit with consistently great service. During my first visit, everything went extremely well. However, a type of glasses was presented to me that I had never heard of, so I returned today to learn more and purchase a pair. Not only did they remember me, but I was greeted with kindness by Na'gee, who was absolutely excellent. I definitely put him to the test by trying on more than 25 pairs of glasses. Since I really had no clear idea of what I wanted, he had a great process and patiently helped guide me through the options. Once I narrowed it down to a few pairs, the rest of the team stepped in and helped me make my final decision — and I mean all of them. They were fantastic. They helped me figure out which pair both looked great and would function best for me. It was not one of those situations where you ask, “Does this look good?” and someone casually says yes before moving on. They provided honest feedback, real assistance, and genuinely helped me choose the right pair. I feel completely comfortable going there anytime with the confidence that I will receive excellent service. Great team, welcoming environment, and another outstanding experience.

I LOVE this place! I found Dr. Bayat on Zocdoc. She is so attentive, always thinking about you and your level of comfort during the visit. The desk staff are super nice and friendly as well. Booking an appointment has been pretty easy, and they've helped me with different eye issues, always clearly laying out what I have and the different treatment plan options. I'll continue coming here for awhile.

Na'gee is the best. Showed me a pair of glasses (Even G2) I have had my eye on for a while, and killed the demo. I came in and visited with a few friends the day of the demo. While the store is on the smaller/boutique side, Na'gee and the team were very accommodating to us despite it being a little crammed. It worked out great and everyone felt welcomed and had a good time. I later bought the glasses, which was a very easy experience. Shout out to Na'gee and the whole Line of Sight team. If I ever am in need of prescription lenses, or any other eyewear products, i am 100% going back.

I found Dr. Tsai through social media and could immediately tell how much she loves educating people about eye health. Her posts stood out because she genuinely wants patients to understand their eyes, not just get a quick prescription. Even though Line of Sight was out of network for me, I decided to go anyway and pay out of pocket, and it was absolutely worth it. Dr. Tsai went above and beyond any eye doctor I’ve seen before. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely cared for. Her staff are all so friendly, stylish, and know exactly what frames work best for your face. I worked with Nagee, who was amazing. He really listened to what I wanted, picked out styles that fit my personality, and helped me find the perfect pair. I went with a Matsuda pair. The glasses selection here is top tier Line of Sight has such a great energy, and the experience felt personal from start to finish. I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else now. UPDATE (11/6): The staff work quick. I received my glasses a week after paying for the glasses. I went in and they made the final adjustments. I absolutely love the pair. Will definitely be back again for more glasses.
