Lockhart Vision

I have been wearing contacts and eyeglasses for the past 20 years and this has to be the worst optometrist I have ever been to. The first visit I went to was extremely rushed, there was no patience whatsoever. The eye doctor was just trying to get me out of there as fast as possible with no concern about my vision. The second time I went back the eye doctor did the same thing and was not concerned about my vision either, just rushed. The prescription the eye doctor gave me was worse than what I originally had. Now I call back again so they can try to fix my prescription and they are saying I have to pay out of pocket for THEIR mistakes. I would stay far away from this place. They will never get your prescription right and will have no urgency or concern about helping you. Again, 20 years I have been wearing eye glasses and contacts and this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had.

Easy to schedule and got in quickly. Office staff is friendly, and office is clean. They were very transparent about benefits and costs. Highly recommend.

THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!! Was rushed through appointment with doctor, doctor aggressively jabbed me in the eye to take contacts out when I can take them out myself but to her credit the contacts they gave me to wear were trash quality, and check out staff was also rude, they carry limited brands of contacts and contacts they do offer are thin as plastic wrap. This location is a hole in the wall. Google showed good reviews and that’s why I chose them but this was the second worse eye appointment I have had in the 25 years of wearing glasses and contacts. Would recommend going somewhere with better energy and more customer centric. Will not be coming back for next eye exam. Would recommend driving to San Antonio and going to Americas Best if you are looking for a good experience. The lady that took initial tests prior to seeing the doctor was the only positive attribute of this location, I hope she finds a better place that won’t drag her down to their level of care. Got Oakley frames back is terrible condition, left arm hinge broken on brand new pair of frames! BEWARE, this company will screw their customers over and will Not heal or Assist Customers. Strongly Strongly reccomend anyone else. You will be better off going to Walmart than doing business with this crooked establishment.

They were so nice professional and helpful talk to you about what’s happening with your eyes and work with on your health issues with your eyes the dr was working with me and my cinativity with light and worked with me when I had my sezuires when I was there and listened to me and my Husbend loved it

Highly recommend. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great selection of glasses too.
