We have been patients of Dr. Brantley for many years now and always love how efficient his office is ran. The staff are always helpful, smiling and helpful as they get you checked in, and his exam assistants are kind and nice as well. They get your pre tests done and get you ready for Dr. Brantley to do the eye exam. Dr. Brantley is very knowledgeable as well and gets your questions answered and gets you taken care of, never rushed in and out. And the sales associates who work with the glasses are very knowledgeable and helpful and get you taken care quickly. A seamless visit every time. Great office all around. 🤩

I had my second visit with Dr. Lundeen today, and once again I left feeling so well cared for. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Lundeen took the time to listen to my concerns and explained a couple of things I had been experiencing in a way that was simple and easy to understand. No one has ever taken the time to explain things to me like that before, and it made such a difference. Lerla and Mackenzie at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. From scheduling and billing to helping me order contacts, every interaction was friendly, helpful, and kind. They truly make you feel valued as a patient. As the manager of a medical office, I know how much work goes into creating a great patient experience, and this team does it exceptionally well. I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful healthcare neighbor in our community. Thank you all for taking such great care of me today!

I’ve now been to Lone Star Vision in Celina six times, and every visit has been a great experience. I’ve seen each of the doctors there, and every one of them has been professional, thorough, and easy to talk to. This is a very well-run practice. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and everything just feels organized and smooth from start to finish. They take the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly, but at the same time they run a very efficient operation—they don’t waste your time and give you just the right amount of attention and information. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I’ll absolutely continue going back and wouldn’t hesitate to refer friends and family to them. If your eyes are important to you—and you use them every day—this is a great place to go.

The staff was great, they explained everything so well. Dr. Hansted was friendly, walked me through everything and explained everything perfectly. They helped me pick my first set of frames and were very transparent about the pricing throughout.

I had such a great experience! The front desk was super welcoming and nice and guided me through all my paperwork. Dr. Brantley was super nice and understanding and Bri was just fabulous, she picked out some pairs that would look amazing on me and she did such a good job! She was super easy to talk too and had just a great personality!!! I really recommend this place to anyone who needs their eyes rechecked!!
