My frame was broken but I couldn’t find a replacement as it’s a discontinued model. I called this store to check if they happen to have one in stock. Barry quickly helped me find the last inventory, texted me the photos to confirm, and waited me until 5 to install the lenses on. The whole process was super smooth and the price is very reasonable. I found LIO and the owner Barry randomly as they were an authorized retailer for a sunglass brand I was interested in. After discussing my needs he helped convert my regular sunglasses to prescription sunglasses, as well as order a pair of daily glasses. Barry went above and beyond with finishing the lens on both pairs, and custom ordered them based on how the frames fit on my face as well as the topography of my eye. He further manually adjusted the lens of one pair to fit perfectly as they came incorrectly from the manufacturer of the brand. Barry and his staff are extremely professional, kind, and patient. I really appreciated that they took the time to listen to my needs and find frames that will fit me perfectly. I can tell a clear difference in my vision from the frames/lens I got from LIO vs the ones i got from a regular chain. I would highly recommend LIO.
