The most incompetent office I have ever tried to make an appointment with. I made an appointment four months ago for a cleaning and X-rays. Show up when they open at 7:30am. The desk girl was late so my dentist was running around trying to put paperwork together, having me run all over the building with her. Then I sit down, she takes my X-rays to find out she’s not even my dentist, the actually dentist shows up, takes 3-5 business days to suit up while talking about the weather to her co workers. Then she shows me my X-rays and tells me that they didn’t schedule enough time for my cleaning and that I’d have to come back. After pleading my case with the two of them, that it’s nonsense that I have to wait another 5 months, they scheduled me an appointment for the next day. Well what do you know, the hygienist called out, so I get a call at 7:30am telling me I have to reschedule. And not a “sorry we messed up reschedule” a regular appointment 5 months from now. If you’re keeping track they wanted me to wait 9 months for a cleaning. Here’s some food for thought: 1. Maybe don’t schedule people to arrive at the same time you schedule employees for work. Have employees show up 30 minutes before to get their life together. 2. Don’t book you appointments so tight that you can’t offer “fix our mistake” appointments. 3. Don’t make all these mistakes and then make it the customers problem, I know your still going to bill my insurance for the initial cost 4. This seems to be a common theme. I’m not the first review like this, and your staff were so callous these feel like conversations they have every day

The people that work at Long Island select healthcare. Are not very, very nice at all. They betrayed me like garbage. The dentist apartment. Especially the God oncologist department. I try to. Get on a cancelation list for the garden collegist. And they told me they can't do it, and they told me to go to urgent care what these people are expecting the last minute they don't care about their patients. Riverhead office, they need whole new workers there whole new staff, whole, new everything. They never answer a phone at all. And it takes 20 minutes or more for a call back.

I have literally been on hold now for THREE days on and off. They NEVER answer their phone. God forbid you have an emergency which they demand "Call 911." I like my dentist but the customer support is abhorrent and inexcusable. Just wow.

Recently our experience with LISH Riverhead has been terrible. Our major complaint is that the practice has been unable to refill my brother's (Jerry) prescriptions. CenterWell our on-line pharmacy has called to process my medical prescriptions for several weeks and there has been no progress. We are also waiting for the doctor to approve Jerry's Dexicom diabetes equipment. When calling we seem to be on permanent hold and we have been awaiting a callback. Yesterday I sent an email to the PCP via the portal regarding these concerns and we hope that someone will call me back. It should not be this difficult to get my prescriptions refilled.

I have never been a patient here. I keep getting calls for Amanda to schedule an appointment. I'm not Amanda. Every time I call back to let them know they have the wrong number, they say they will update the records but never do. I'm tired of getting weekly phone calls for someone else. It's been ongoing for over 6 months
