Doctor appointment availability: Although he was booked, Doctor gladly fit me in for an appointment with a one day notice. 😊 Upon arrival, staff was very friendly, informed, and professional. The facility and offices are clean, professional, and upgraded with the latest technology. The doctor’s staff did a great job making me feel comfortable during all of the eye tests. The doctor himself is very professional, very nice and precise with his evaluations, advice, and recommendations. I trust him completely with his evaluations and overall care of my eyes. He embraces and is proficient with the latest technology to improve vision, and is extremely efficient. The doctor also even obligated my request for a quick review (because I had a second upcoming doctor appointment right after his) by “bumping” me up in line so I would not be late. I am extremely satisfied with my visit. I recommend Sound Vision Care very highly.

I have been a patient at Sound Vision Care for many years. Dr. Williams is an outstanding, empathic eye doctor who is kind , knowledgeable and very professional. He is always willing to discuss my questions and concerns in detail and I never feel rushed. I appreciate the yearly, very thorough eye exam and the state of the art equipment available in the office. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The office space is nice and bright. Today, I benefited from the input of three staff members who helped me find the best frame for my face! The Riverhead Office has a large selection of eye glasses available and the extra help in selecting the best pair was much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Sound Vision Care to anyone.

I've never had an eye exam so thorough before. New state of the art technology equipment. From the ladies behind the desk to the lovely young lady who did all of the testing till the end! Everything was professionally done with good conversation. The doctor was very nice including apologizing for the long delay, he was extremely busy. I have nothing bad to say about my experience. This is my second time being there and the office is immaculate. I love this place that my old client Muriel used to visit.

Dr Williams Sr was my grandparents eye doctor since 1980. My grandmother loved him and now that I go to that office I see why! He is such a genuine person and makes a doctors visit relaxing while educating you the whole time ☺️ his son Dr Williams is equally as great! He has such a passion for what he does and does it with style. It’s always heartwarming walking through the door and the staff remembers my name. At the very least come for one of their cookies 😍
