Been treated here for almost 2years. After I was given my usual shot by Dr Rosenblatt for the first time, I never went back to any other Dr for this procedure. Never thought eyeball piercing could be painless but he has the touch. With kindness to spare as well. This was my first time in Calverton office & im hooked here as well. 🤩
Overall I'm happy with this Doctor and staff. My only concern is that my visits are rushed and I don't really get to talk to the doctor much at all. If I come w/a question it's answered but I feel I'd like more feedback as to my progress and I don't get the sense that there's time.
Wait time to se Dr Adam’s was over 1.5 hours . 1:45 appointment, initial tests and exams with techs was fine . Over an hour wait to see Doctor unacceptable. No staff explained delay. On a positive note DR A was great, efficient, competent and informative.
I have only recently become a patient at the Riverheadl ocation. So far, I am very happy with the doctor and staff. They are all very friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The doctor takes the time to answer your questions as do all the technicians that see you. After 2 visits at the Riverhead location, I'm switching to the Happague location as the doctor I've been seeing is moving to that location.
Other that the wait was a little long, 50 minutes to be seen by the doctor, everyone was professional, friendly, and kind.
