Dr. Raval was excellent with my father-in-law today. He and his medical team had wonderful bedside manners and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. From the moment we entered the office, the process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Raval took the time to clearly explain the available treatment options and answer our questions. The treatment went better than expected, and we are very grateful for the care my father-in-law received. Thank you, Dr. Raval and his medical team, for your compassion and professionalism.

This morning, I had an appointment at Vitreoretinal Consultants in New City. Prior to my visit, I took some time to clarify the difference between an ophthalmologist and a retina specialist. From what I gathered, an ophthalmologist offers both medical and surgical treatment, whereas a retina specialist is an ophthalmologist who has completed an additional fellowship and focuses on conditions and surgeries related to the retina, macula, and vitreous. The level of expertise at Vitreoretinal is extraordinary. I called the office at 9:30 AM, and by 10:15 AM, I was already in the waiting area, ready for my appointment. The staff was fantastic, from the reception team to the technicians conducting the visual exams, and my consultation with the doctor was thorough and efficient. I was in and out in just over an hour. The facility is top-notch, operating seamlessly. If you're experiencing any eye problems, I highly recommend you see the specialists here. Vitreoretinal Consultants in NY gets my highest endorsement!
Dr Raval is a spectacular doctor as well as very personable. The office staff is equally as wonderful and would never go any where else !
Excellent experience starting with the office staff, to the medical staff and ending with Dr PACCIONE. He was so thorough and explained everything. Will tell my friends and family about this practice.
I highly recommend Dr.Raval as well as his technicians and office staff. From the time you come into the office to the time when you leave, you are treated professionally. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a retina specialist. Dr. Raval is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns. He addresses all your concerns in a way you can understand.
