The office is great. On call dr responded to me within 10 minutes over the weekend. And like he said, the office reached out to me early the next morning to get me an appointment the same day. Everyone is kind and friendly and they keep it moving pretty smoothly. Dr. Lin was very good too as I think are most of the doctors. (My family member sees a different Dr as does a friend of mine. All are good.)
My recent visit with Dr. Ferrone was very productive. His diagnosis and prognosis are consistent with the present condition of my eyes. He confidently explained in detail what we can do now to maintain the stability of the retinas. Dr. Ferrone has great command of my past experiences and with the direction that I should take. I’m confident in his care. I look forward to my next evaluation.
Dr Lee has always been professional when addressing the needs of her patients. She takes great care in explaining the results of the tests she had performed and the course of action she plans on taking as a result of the tests. Dr Lee goes to great lengths to put the patient at ease during the entire process.
This is for my mom. We had taken her to see Dr. D. He was very pleasant. The office is very clean. The personnel is very friendly.
I now fully understand why this clinic has such outstanding ratings — every bit of patience and genuine care the staffs and doctor show their patients speaks for itself! I called first thing this morning, and they managed to schedule me an appointment with Dr. David Fastenberg the very same day. As a mother, I was overwhelmed with anxiety about my child’s eye condition, and Dr. Fastenberg immediately noticed how worried I was. Since we live out of state, he kindly shared contact information for trusted ophthalmologists he knows in our home area. Our child’s surgery took place near her university, so he also offered to send all our medical documents directly to the surgical clinic to streamline the whole process for us.
