I’m a new patient of Dr. Stewart’s and I am SO pleased to have been referred to Look by my primary care provider! Everything about my first visit went like clockwork—super easy to book and confirm my appointment in a very timely framework; I arrived and was seen within minutes for testing by Heather (friendly, knowledgeable, and fabulous!); moved in for my exam with Dr. Stewart right away and she spent so much time with me—as much as I needed—it felt like I was her only patient! (But she did have one waiting as soon as I left). My exam was, by far, the best I’ve had in decades. I wasn’t rushed to decide “which lens looks better #1 or #2?” And she went over my test pictures in detail with me and referred me to an ophthalmologist for further discussions. And my total care was complete when Heather whittled down all of the many frame options to a manageable number for me to start trying on….almost all of which looked great on me! I settled on one frame in minutes…a new record for me. But they’re not a hard sell either; they were very professional when another patient wanted to also look elsewhere after trying on a number of frames at Look but were undecided. For me , it was simply a wonderful experience and I highly recommend the practice!
