This is an incredible place! I had an wonderful experience with both Dr. Penshorn and Jordan. I was able to get both glasses and rigid gas permeable contacts that fit great and provide me with excellent vision. The front desk staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Also, Brian in the optical shop is incredibly skilled at picking perfect frames that look awesome! The pricing of everything I bought, as well as my exam, was completely transparent and very well communicated. I highly recommend this shop for all of your vision needs.

Overall great experience! Dr. Penshorn was great to work with. She was patient and thoroughly explained the condition I was working through. There were some circumstances outside of their control that happened with delivery of my lenses and the team was really attentive with helping me through it. Front office staff were very friendly and welcoming! Free parking is a plus here too.

Dr. Penshorn is awesome - she takes the time to listen, ask questions and answers yours so you leave feeling cared for and confident. Best OD ever! The staff is also very thoughtful and kind - the optical is beautiful with so many fantastic frame and sub wear choices! Highly recommend!

Ive gone to look +see for two years now. The optometrist has always been kind and attentive. She takes her time doing your eye exam and asks questions about your well being to ensure you’re doing good eye care. The front desk staff? That’s another story . Last year and this year, the front desk people have made it seemed like me being there was a hindrance. Last year it was because I had questions about insurance and my coverage. This year, I was late due to rain and was denied my appointment. I called to let them know and the male that works there didn’t notify me of their policy in late arrival. It was ridiculous, it’s not my job to know every policy of your establishment. It’s your job. In the end, the optometrist came out and approved my exam. Overall, I won’t be returning for a third time. I recommend you save yourself the fight with front staff and find another office.

I honestly went in anxious because of the reviews I read, but afterwards I was like, "these people talk fast and are curt but not in a rude way," and I had 0 problems. I emailed my questions before calling to schedule an appointment. There's a weird thing where Dr. Stidham was licensed to do insurance under Medicaid, but not the other optometrist, but the store didn't offer in-house glasses for Medicaid. They did provide a list of places to bring my prescription to for glasses after the appointment. I had no issues here. Beth and Dr. Stidham and everyone else I met were really professional. The clinic was was very bright and very clean. I am in process of getting my new prescription glasses now.
