I had a great experience at Lovato family Optimetric center. The Doctor was patient and very helpful. When I got my glasses the prescription was on point! Definitely coming back.
Took me a month to get ahold of someone to even take my phone call or respond to my inquiry regarding an appointment. When I made an appointment I was asked to reschedule because doctor would be leaving early on selected day. I came at the earliest time possible and dr was not even present ! 20 mins after waiting at my appointment I just canceled with the rep. STOP SCHEDULING PEOPLE IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT ON TIME FOR YOUR PATIENTS. It is 820 and she is still not here. Do better
This was my first time but overall it was a great visit. Everyone was very helpful and Dr Lovato took her time helping me correct my vision. I will be returning here for all my exams. Thank you guys.
My visits with doctor Lovato are always great! She is not only a great eye doctor, she is also a great person. Who listens to you and makes you feel comfortable with any concerns you have. I love my visits with her.
