I am extremely disappointed with Loyola Medicine. What should have been a routine checkup for my son has turned into a $600.00 billing nightmare due to a simple clerical error on their part. 😤 The doctor’s office submitted the wrong procedure codes. My insurance (BCBS) has confirmed the visit is covered at 100%, but only if Loyola corrects the code. Despite months of going back and forth between billing, the doctor’s office, and insurance, Loyola refused to fix their mistake. The worst parts: BCBS even called the doctor’s office directly to help them fix the code, and Loyola never returned their calls. 📞🚫 My insurance has now opened a fraud investigation because of Loyola's refusal to bill correctly. Even though this is a documented billing error, they still sent me to collections for $600.00. I refuse to pay for their incompetence. I have saved all my evidence and will be appealing this with the credit bureaus. You have been warned. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere where they actually know how to code a routine visit. 👎

Don't go here, you will come in for help and these nurses will judge you and ruin your life, literally. You can't trust them, they judge you the first time they see you, they twist your words. Go to a specialist that specializes in your issues a nurse cannot determine your mental state only a psychiatrist can however they will deem you to be a bad and harmful person off of one visit. You cannot trust Nurse British and Jessica whatsoever. This place is horrible, this nurse is horrible. STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! These nurses cannot be trusted, they will twist your words and Nurse British who I trusted out right lied on me and now it's in my chart and she's nowhere to be found. I hate I ever came here. One of the worse mistake I've mad, I should sue for malpractice!

Doctors are fine. Need to fix the phone call system. What is the even point of having phone if you guys never answer ? Why do I physically have to come to this location to make an appointment. Why can’t other locations make appointments for me why it has to be this hard and this much time consuming process. OMG ridiculous I don’t have all day to wait to get connected.

Happy I found a provider that listens and cares, Jessica Nowakowski, APN. My husband began seeing Dr Elkelany…. New doctor. Very happy with the time he took to explain things. Finally, found a phlebotomist that can draw my impossible veins. Thank you Bruce.

Mickey or Nikki(scheduler) has such an unprofessional attitude. She needs more training if she is the one on the phone scheduling people. Unfortunately, simply a scheduler is a reason to leave Loyola.
