Dr Khanh Tran is very knowledgeable and professional. I have a blurred vision with my right eye and my ophthalmologist just told me that I just needed a new pair of eyeglasses but it did not work. I had another optometrist check my right eye but she could not find the issue. After carefully checking my right eye, Dr Khanh Tran found the issue and referred me to another ophthalmologist.
Dr. Kwong is knowledgeable, patient and super friendly, I really appreciated that she took the time to explain all the tests and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. The clinic is nice, clean and modern. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Kwong/Lumen Optometric Center to anyone who needs optometric care.
I had a wonderful experience at Lumen Optometric Center. Dr. Tran was very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly and the clinic was clean and modern. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and her team for anyone needing eye care.
I walked in for an eye exam, and Dr. Kwong was able to accommodate me. She's very patient, knowledgeable, and was able to advise me on what I needed the most. There were many different brands of glasses frames (Gucci, YSL, Burberry, etc.), but I loved these frames from Eco! After the eye exam, I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks for my new glasses to come in, and they arrived earlier than expected. My favorite part about these glasses are that they come with magnetic sun clips that accentuate the frames.
Dr. Kwong is incredibly knowledgeable and explained every step of the eye exam. I opted to do a retina scan, and she analyzed the images with me, explaining what it meant for my eye health. Everyone is helpful and friendly, and I highly recommend this location!
