A VERY bad and disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment on May 20, 2026, specifically for prescription sunglasses using my own frame, and that was clearly noted during the appointment. As a result, I assumed the entire order process was being handled as a prescription sunglasses order. I was told the order would be ready within 2–3 weeks and that I would be notified when it arrived. After nearly a month with no update, I had to call the store myself on June 18 to check the status. When I came in to pick up the glasses, I discovered that the order had been made as regular prescription glasses instead of sunglasses. The staff member helping me was new and did not have any information about my order. She asked me to wait another 15 minutes for the manager to return from the lunch. At that point, after weeks of waiting, no communication, and an incorrect order, I decided to leave. I would like to apologize to the staff member if my frustration showed. My frustration was not directed at her personally, but at how this entire situation was handled and the lack of respect for a customer’s time. Perhaps my out-of-pocket cost was only around $10 after insurance, but every customer deserves the same level of attention and service regardless of the order value. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, the incorrect order, and the absence of a timely resolution made this a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location.
