I had a great experience here. Shaun Pescador did an excellent job with my eyewear styling. I originally had a silver round frame, which honestly didn’t suit my face that well. Shaun suggested switching to a square frame and clearly explained why it would work better with my facial structure. What really impressed me was that later, when I did a facial analysis using AI and compared before-and-after photos, it said the exact same thing she had already told me. That really shows how strong her fashion sense and eye for detail are - she genuinely thinks like a fashion professional, not just someone selling frames. The difference in the before-and-after pictures is very clear, and the new frame looks sharper and more confident. I’ve added a picture of me wearing the new specs because they have great designs, and it honestly shows in how the frames look and feel. The doctor was also wonderful - very warm, positive, and approachable. It didn’t feel like a cold, purely professional interaction; it felt like someone actually cared and took the time to listen. Overall, great eye care, great styling, and great vibes. Highly recommend.

I came in last year during an eye emergency. I was unable to see and accidentally walked into the wrong office, but they still saw me immediately while I was in distress. The entire team made me feel safe, seen, and heard. They quickly identified the issue and immediately started creating a plan to correct it, all while calming me down and reassuring me throughout the process. Fast forward to today they have restored my vision to 20/20 after I had completely lost vision in my right eye due to keratoconus, which previously prevented me from being able to wear contacts. Not only have they restored my vision, but they’ve also restored my quality of life. The team is professional, personable, and truly cares about their patients. And Shaun will always make sure you leave in the most stylish glasses. Don’t walk run and book your appointment. 10/10 highly recommend!

I just got home from having my annual eye test at 20/20 optometry with Dr Lee. I've been a loyal customer of 20/20 Optometry for over six years, and I can't recommend them enough. Their thorough eye exams go beyond the basics, ensuring every aspect of my vision and eye health is carefully checked. They have state of the art tests and check for everything from visual acuity to disease detection. They really have your eye healthcare in good hands. Dr Lee is not only thorough, and professional but her personable nature makes the whole experience a lot smoother. This is the best Optometry office in the Bay Area. Starting off with the lovely music and good vibes, I knew I was in the right place! I have never been analyzed with such care by a specialty practice by every single person in the office. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough in helping me understanding the cause of the findings .The evaluations performed must be the newest technology around, because it was very high tech and in depth! Shaun who is an expert in the industry helped me out by picking the best frames for my face, she is a gem. Trust me try them out! You will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience as this was my first time visiting. The office staff is awesome! They have a wide variety of frames to choose from. Dr. Dinh is very thorough and really cares about you as a patient. You will not get another patient connection else where.
