I wanted to express a great experience I had at Luna Optometry today. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit smooth from check-in to check-out. The patient care coordinator and optometric technician were friendly and made us feel comfortable. Dr. James, the optometrist, is incredibly kind and thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how friendly and efficient everyone was. I left feeling confident about my eye health and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care. I’ve been to many offices in the San Fernando valley and LA in general and this is the best one I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient of. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone who works at this optometry is professional and down to earth. The frames and lenses are also the highest quality I've ever seen!

As a new patient I had a great experience at Luna Optometry. Everything was on time and I was greeted right away. Dr. James took her time in explaining everything and also I appreciate that she did the vision exam before dilating my eyes. She made sure to answer any questions that I had. There were a great selection of eyeglasses, and the staff was kind and willing to help me figure out what my plan will cover. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase glasses, which I sincerely appreciate!

Excellent and dependable service. Very caring and efficient. Staff goes out of their way to help. I had a minor repair on a pair of glasses that I didnt even buy there and they were so kind to help. ⭐️

Dr. James is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable and thorough, and it is so easy to get an appointment with her (and I’ve never spent more than 15 minutes there). She makes eye health feel seamless. I had eye discomfort today and she was able to bring me in within two hours with ease. I have been with her for years and can easily say it is the most seamless and informative doctor’s appointment every time. She always makes me feel so understood and comfortable and she is so kind. For anyone considering lasik, she helped me make that decision and I did all of my post-ops with her and she was fantastic! Thank you, Dr. James!
