Lunette Optic

We have bought several pairs of glasses from Lunette and each purchase has been fantastic! We’ve visited four of their locations and all have been fantastic. Lynnfield is the easiest for us to get to and the one we check out most often. Their customer service is so top notch, I decided to begin seeing their Eye Doctor for routine eye exams. Dr. Richter in Lynnfield is excellent. Selection is excellent. Lens options are great. Staff knowledge is exceptional. Best of Boston is for sure! And quite frankly, our favorite place to buy eyewear.

I went in just to window shop, I asked to look at some glasses hands-on and Chanel (I think that’s how you spell it) made it such a fun experience! It was jokes the whole time, so I legit ended up buying a pair just because of that. The glasses came out great, they even custom cut my the glass size to my liking! But I was being rough with them and broke them a couple of times within a couple weeks. I came in twice to get them fixed. Altogether, it was 6 trips to the store from purchase to picking up from the second fix. And every single time I stepped in there I was treated with such care and kindness. They figured out the issues with my glasses and ordered custom screws to make them more durable. I really appreciate how they stand behind their product while delivering amazing service. :)

I’ve been going here for years. Staff is incredible. Optometrists are clear, quick, and very experienced. They even knew how to respond to a rare disease diagnosis I just received and helped to keep me at ease. Don’t get me started on the frames… FABULOUS! Highly recommend.

Amazing eyeglass store! So chic and so professional!! Shopped for years at the location in downtown Boston! Lynnfield location is so convenient!!! Super fab selection! All the cutting edge brands! Update: 2024! Still wonderful! Very chic and super nice store! Great service! Fab frames!

STAY AWAY!! These people schedule eye exams to make $$$ even before completing 1 year (annual eye exams with retinal imaging are covered by the vision insurance) and then tell you that insurance didn't pay them and you have to pay. Their optometrist doesn't want to dilate and wait for 30 mins and would rather use retinal imaging. When asked for clarification, front desk staff confirmed that charges won't be applied as they scheduled the eye exam even before 1 year and then you get the bill after few weeks for the same!! They are running a scam with eye exams behind the so-called upscale eyeglass store!!
