I don’t post often, and rarely do I review vendors or tradespeople people I frequent. Very occasionally, however, I receive outstanding customer service that warrants such a review! Today is that day, and Achilles at Lunette Optic is that optician. New in the area, I wandered in seeking a simple repair and was quickly greeted with a smile and, better still, a solution. Problem solved. Achilles understands he’s in a service-related business and has now guaranteed himself a customer when it comes time for my next pair of eyeglasses.
