I don’t post often, and rarely do I review vendors or tradespeople people I frequent. Very occasionally, however, I receive outstanding customer service that warrants such a review! Today is that day, and Achilles at Lunette Optic is that optician. New in the area, I wandered in seeking a simple repair and was quickly greeted with a smile and, better still, a solution. Problem solved. Achilles understands he’s in a service-related business and has now guaranteed himself a customer when it comes time for my next pair of eyeglasses. Thank you, Achilles, and Lunette Optic, for a quick and pleasant experience! I will be back!

Stopped by here because I lost a nose piece for my glasses. I didn't buy the glasses here but they replaced the. Anyway free of charge even though I was happy to pay for them.
