Dr Kim is wonderful! She is genuinely sweet and kind. So personable! She explains each procedure. Gives you a heads up before she proceeds with a test, which is so important since the eyes can be so sensitive. Her staff are also so welcoming and professional. I love her office…so elegant and convenient. Parking is not difficult. I will recommend my friends, family, and patients.

Great experience! This was my first time at this office, and I’m happy to recommend this facility to everyone. The office is super clean & modern. In my opinion, looks more like a medical spa office than a clinical office. Very comfortable aesthetic. Dr. Kim was super gentle during the exam, informative, & relatable. She was willing to explain all of my concerns. The staff were very respectful & gave me time to pick out my glasses. LUXE Optometry has plenty of designer glasses. Luxury usually equates to higher prices. However with insurance, I got my designer glasses at a reasonable price.

We came in for a simple eye exam and left wondering if we could just move in. As a repeat customer, I can confidently say the team at LUXE optometry is amazing; consistently kind, welcoming, and somehow able to make my kids genuinely enjoy eye exams. The doctor is highly professional and explains everything clearly and thoroughly. The staff is incredibly patient and friendly, especially with kids who have endless questions which makes the entire experience. stress-free for parents. The office itself has a modern, clean feel with just the right touch of style elevated without feeling over the top. We did not just leave there with better eye sight we left with happy kids and looking forward to wearing glasses. If you are looking for quality eye care with a great atmosphere for both adults and kids, LUXE Optometry is truly top-tier.

Luxe Optometry and the Luxe team are the Rolls-Royce of the vision industry. I've worn glasses for most of my life and have been a patient in over 10+ optometry practices throughout the U.S. and I can confidently state that none operated with the precision, taste, and hospitality that I experienced at Luxe Optometry. In short, I have never experienced the level of service and professionalism that I had with Luxe Optometry and my standards and expectations have grown substantially in light of my experience. Below are my key takeaways: Pros: 1. SERVICE & CONDUCT | Exceptional service and professionalism exhibited by all members of the team. When I spoke with one associate who may not have had all the answers, other associates would [proactively] jump in to assist and the team would work cohesively to find the right solution tailored specifically to me. I was genuinely dumbfounded at how helpful everyone was to the point where I began to experience imposter syndrome--I'm just a random person off the street, what did I do to receive this level of care and attention? 2. INDUSTRY-LEADING COMPETENCE & PROACTIVITY | Team members exceeded expectations of technical competence and industry knowledge (procedures, administration, aesthetic taste, quality of products, etc.) and practiced thorough, proactive initiative when addressing queries/requests. 3. PATIENT CARE OVER PROFITABILITY | Team members prioritized my wellbeing (optical solutions, add-ons, etc.) and concerns (cost, insurance, and general financing) over profitability (they actually recommended I forgo certain add-ons I thought I wanted because those add-ons would actually conflict with my fundamental needs) and provided excellent, holistic consultation to reach optimized solutions that satisfied my needs and constraints. To further this point, they even refunded me shortly after my accounts were settled when it was discovered that they could exploit a small niche of my insurance policy. The amount wasn't much, but I was very impressed that they went out of their way to (1) research this caveat and (2) extend a refund. 4. IMMACULATE TASTE | As is evident in all observations of the office (online photos, website, etc.), you will find that the space was clearly designed with intention and refined, contemporary taste. To match that energy, the products themselves (and their presentation) were all top-of-the-line spanning across the stylistic spectrum from classic, quintessential designs to bleeding-edge trends from multiple iconic and up-and-coming brands & models. The associates also assisted in optimizing my frame selection based on my facial features and general aesthetic--a VERY expensive service anywhere else. Cons: None. In consideration of the above, I have absolutely nothing but passionate praise for Dr. Kim and her team at Luxe Optometry. I generally have very high standards for everything in life and very rarely do I come across an experience that so completely blows past every imaginable metric or expectation. Luxe Optometry has securely won my loyalty and I will be soliciting their services for all my vision needs now and into the future. Note: I live 45+ minutes (one-way and at minimum) away by car--that's how much I value Luxe and their service and as much as I want to gatekeep this gem for myself, they are owed their dues and I strongly encourage all to consider Luxe to fulfill their vision needs.
