I had a great experience from start to finish. I called hoping to get in quickly to have new lenses put into a couple of my existing frames, and I only had a very small window of time available that morning. Christina was incredibly accommodating and managed to squeeze me in, making the entire process easy and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. What really impressed me was her attention to detail and commitment to customer service. After my visit, she realized that a pair of sunglasses I purchased could be billed through my insurance. She took the initiative to call me, explain the situation, and refund the difference to my card. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and customer care. The service was excellent, and they also have a great selection of frames. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

Went in to get an estimate on having my frames fixed. They did it for free! Not only did they do it for free but they made sure it looked absolutely perfect before I left the shop. My new favorite optometrist!

I recently went to Lyon’s Optometry for the first time in nine years because I got LASIK at their recommendation. I figured why not go in for a checkup. Upon entering the building, I was greeted quickly and professionally. My entire exam took about ten to fifteen minutes and was very easy. The doctor was extremely friendly and explained every test thoroughly. Afterwards, another employee assisted me in finding some frames for some glasses. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to brands and different designs. She brought over a dozen different ones, and after trying them all I picked the first ones she had me try on. The staff at Lyon’s is as amazing as they were nine years ago, and their current location is perfect. It’s easy to feel at ease there knowing you’re in great hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience at Lyons Optometry today, but I have to say, it’s always this way. Friendly staff, thorough exams, and the doctor always takes time to explain everything clearly. Great recommendations on frame styles and lenses too. Clean office and very professional service. Highly recommend!

Unexpected unsurpassed service! New insurance forced me to seek a new optometrist. While I’ve been extremely happy with my prior optometrist. I didn’t realize what I’ve been missing until I visited Dr. Lyons. From the exam (which included optional in depth study of my eye Health) to the selection of frames that suited my face, I was extremely happy to land here. The space is also stunning and you feel pampered!
