Sonoma Eyeworks

I wanted to keep my favorite frames and upgrade the lenses but didn’t know how I would live without my glasses. Marisol patiently explained that they would order the lenses externally but cut and install them in Sonoma Eyeworks’ onsite lab. Who knew they had an onsite lab? Not me. After the external lab delivered the raw lenses, they were finished and installed at Sonoma Eyeworks in about 35 minutes! I didn’t have to stumble around without glasses for days. This was a great experience. Plus, all of the staff members are very patient, well-informed and fun.

Sonoma Eye works is by far the best experience ive ever had with an eye Dr. And selecting new frames!!! I cant say enough good about Dr. Jeff and his 1 on 1 going over the results. He explains absolutely everything and answers all my questions. The staff out front is incredible and I love their selection of frames!!! Anyone needing an eye exam I highly recommend Sonoma eye works!!! Thank you to the entire staff for such a positive and informative visit!! See you next year!!!!

I hadn’t been in for two years due to a sequence of retinal and cataract surgeries done by others and done because of issues detected at Sonoma Eyeworks. Having all the issues fixed, I was immediately recognized at the door and welcomed back by Malcolm. New glasses. New lenses for the backups. All properly prescribed. Great folk. Competent!

I needed an eye exam for new prescription lenses and chose Sonoma Eyeworks because of a previous positive experience there. This visit did not disappoint. The Optometrist was courteous and efficient and also thorough when looking at my eyes. He gave me helpful Information about changes in my vision and helped me out by plucking out an eyelash that was poking into my eye! What sweet relief! I then shopped for new frames and tried on multiple pairs I really liked. They have a great selection of some really cool options. Definitely go here!

Had the best experience with Cat and Malcomb at Sonoma Eyeworks. Malcomb got my partner me a pair of short-notice appointments when I was in town. He was just as friendly in person. Cat performed all the usual tasks with a great, friendly attitude, respecting my cost limits and insurance coverage. She was super nice and approachable and made informed suggestions to find the best frames for my face. Dr Ricks was thorough, friendly, and quick. He explained my eye health and made appropriate recommendations. I've been going to Sonoma Eyeworks for many years and I like that they do retinal images to check for eye problems. I came away with a great pair of progressives in an attractive, complimentary frame. By the time my partner and I left, we were laughing and having a fun time with all the staff.
