Gabby was so helpful and sweet. It was my first set of glasses and I was unsure what I wanted, she helped me find the perfect set. I had actually left to go explore other options and I turned around because of her service. 10/10 recommend!!

The customer service was exceptional. My expectations were really low due to a previous experience at the Petaluma location, but I was pleasantly surprised as they were completely surpassed. I stopped by to urgently order some contacts before my trip and was unable to due to the fact that the poor associate on duty, was absolutely swamped with no backup. The lack of personnel on the floor is ridiculous and needs to be addressed. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location and it is always the same person left alone. Terrible staffing job, do better.
