Dr. Macias is excellent. Great attitude. Very professional. Several staff members speak Spanish which always comes in handy when taking my mom to her appointments. The staff is friendly and patient. Bianca was exceptionally helpful answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

Oh my goodness. Not a good experience. I was in the chair for an hour and a half. He came in three times to check my vision. Each time he spent about one to two minutes and then leave. He gave me a prescription for glasses that made me feel like I was on the ocean. They would not recheck me on less I paid for another visit. I ended up going to Costco for an $85 vision test and the prescription was "very" different but it worked out very nicely. It's unfortunate what a waste of time this was and to have to pay for a visit that didn't work out. Very BAD experience.
Worst service I have had in any medical office. Went in two months ago for wn optometrist appt due to some floaters I had kny my eye. First off the exam room was dirty. I had a telehealth call with an optometrist, was never told no actual optometrist would be present. I went along because I was already there. After the exam they told me I needed to schedule an appointment with an ophthalmologist and needed a referral. Fast forward two months later I called to schedule my appt with the ophthalmologist, came in today only to find out their receptionist is incompetent and scheduled me for an optometrist appt, also no referral was ever sent to my insurance. So after going back and forth Dr Macias asked to me. He was going to dilate my eyes without a referral. After I asked if I could drive afterwards or work turns out I couldn't so they wanted me to reschedule but I told them I could have someone pick me up and the assistant went over to the doctors office to tell him and I over heard him say " if she dies while driving I don't wanna be responsible" when I had said someone would pick me up. Anyway I am not coming back to this incompetent filthy office! Dr seems just as incompetent as well. I will be calling me insurance and filing a complaint!
Great doctor. Everyone is always really helpful. They also move fast so you won’t be waiting long in the waiting room.
Major disappointment coming here. The vibe was a let down. From the moment I walked in I got no acknowledgement and no friendly smile. So customer service BAD. When I was to sign in all they had were highlighters to sign in. Had to ask for a pen. When I was done, I had to ask where I can sit. Was told to go in some little dirty room and sat there for 35mins until I gave up and asked to cancel appointment. No apology and no explanation. All BAD.
