Everyone was so patient & pleasant. They listened to all my concerns and gave me options and together we made decisions. I was not rushed. Wonderful team at MMA. (By the way, I’m a former MMA employee at the Mequon hospital from many years ago!)
Yesterday I had a very positive experience at Madison Medical for my eye care. Dr. Ivanosky and his assists are all very professional, friendly, and efficient. I Appreciate their excellent care.
I had my annual vision checkup with Dr Ivanoski. His staff is very friendly. Kathy was very nice and is good at her job. Dr Ivanoski is very thorough and answered any questions I had. Great Doctor and staff!
Why make an appointment a week ahead of time if you’re going to take 4 “Emergency patients” 30 minutes before my appointment time without a courtesy call?! I drove 25 minutes and would have appreciated a call letting me know about a last minute change. Then I left my glasses there, and drove home without them against my restrictions, so the doctor could try to fit them in over his lunch break only to get a call back at 10:39 that they were done already. Only 1 1/2 hours after I left and drove back home. Unacceptable in my opinion.
Nice pleasant suite of offices, friendly greeting and running on time. Doc was pleasant and easy to work with as well as prelim assistant. Overall, very good experience.
