I’ve been coming to Magna Family Eye Care for two years now, and they continue to provide top-notch care. Scheduling is effortless, and their email and text reminders keep everything on track. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, walking you through service options and eyewear choices with ease. Wait times are practically non-existent—just a minute or two while they update your file. The clinic itself is modern and equipped with the latest diagnostic tech, and Dr. White is wonderful. He’s friendly, thorough, and never rushes through exams like providers I’ve seen elsewhere. What I love most is the atmosphere: it feels warm, personal, and genuinely community-focused, not like a cold, private equity-backed practice pushing unnecessary upsells. Finding a practice like this is a rare treat nowadays!

I drive 35 min to this office because of a specialty lens they provide, they have the best prices, and unbeatable service. They’re experts in sclerals and eyewear that meets my unique needs. Strongly recommend their office and full team!

Unfortunately, I'll be investigating this practice due to possible unethical billing activity. I Received a 'surprise' collections notice with no efforts to contact me through phone/mail/email (very suspicious). I also notice some additional concerns after going a different eye doctor. (Magna Family was my first and only place to go before). My wife and I should be able to trust a neighborhood family friendly eye-care practice.

Everyone in the building was so great to work with! The appt for my son was quick and they were so patient while we picked out the right fit of glasses. Custom frames and lenses on the way and I can feel good about my son driving at night.

Nothing but praise for Magna Eye Care. They are easy to work with, professional, kind, and very good at what they do so well! Great team and the doc is really top notch.
