This is the absolute worst place ever! Expect to be here for hours! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The receptionist could care less, with a attitude as if we are the problem when asking how long the wait will be. There literally was a person who said her appointment was at 9:30 and it's now 11:30, and she is still waiting. They moved location without letting me know when making my appointment. I went to the old office in west palm and it was closed. Checked the website and it said it was closed. Made no sense because they open at 8:30 so I thought i was really tripping. I called and said I was outside the door and it's locked. They told me it was open. I told them isn't this the address and I was told there is a new location. SMH. Also, the "old" office was always packed and small to the point there were people standing around if you were even in a spot that was allowed. So thinking ok, this will be a bigger office of course with room to sit. Nope. It's smaller. I dont even know what to say, why would this man allow this and literally not feel bad. And when finally seen, he's all bubbly and making jokes like nothing. I'm sitting here while people are talking to each other about the wait and they know it's going to be hours. I even knew. Which is why I took off from work. Why we still come here, I dont know. Maybe we're crazy. From my daughter's P.O.V on another post...

My Goodness! This is the most unprofessional place I have been to. Associates; especially the two black ladies that were on the morning shift on July 3rd at the front desk where the check in clip board is , are the rudest associates I have ever met at a business. I had a 10:25 appointment for my kids. 11:05 I approached them to find out if everything was okay with my appointment. The skinny black lady said with attitude: “ Have a sit”. I said that you did not address my concern. Was my appointment confirmed; I asked again. She replied along with another big young black girl : “ Have a sit”. When I asked them for their names; they said what you need our names for. I said : I need to know who I’m speaking with. Then, they gave me that dirty look with dirty attitude and then cross my sons’ names from the check in clip board. One of them said; first appointment is 2-3 hours wait. I know it’s pointless writing that review, but this is not a place someone should seek care from.
What a bad experience! We arrived 15 minutes before appointment. It was extremely crowded. The line went into another room. They told me on the phone that they cannot hold up my appointment time. Then they said well whoever booked my appointment should have told me that its at least 3 hours. In the next sentence after my question the lady said whoever booked my appointment (now it gets funny) should have told me that its would take at least 4 hours. Well what is it now? 3 or 4. I asked them to cancel the appointment since they clearly can not hold up the appointment time. Its my wedding anniversary and my husband skipped work to drive me. Are you gonna pay for that? They told me there is gonna be a cancellation fee. I told them if there is there will be a lawyer from my side. That potentially fraudulent to overbook. I have real issues with my eyes but never again!!!
Please avoid this office if you can. The staff is very rude. It's two ladies at the front desk who don't have any consideration for how long a patient has to wait, and they answer after a 3-hour wait, "Cancel or reschedule your appointment." Finally, after 3 hours waiting the doctor only took 2 minutes to see my son, He didn't answer my questions, and he walked away. The office is old and very dirty. This type of office, where they put more than 5 patients in the same time, should be reported to insurance companies, at this practice your are NOT a patient that will care for you, you are one more number to change the Insurance Awful practices
Waited over 2.5 hours and still not did see the doctor so we walked out. Not once did the office or staff inform me that the appointment would take 2-3 hours. At the rate we were going it would have been over 3.5 hours which I have never in my life been to a doctor and been in the office for 3.5 hours. It does not make sense to schedule people and make them wait hours in the waiting room before they even see a doctor. Such a waste of time! The office is also very dirty.
