I was seen by Dr B Marciano today, truly great bedside manner, and so thorough in eye exam! Consistently great care here at this wonderful family oriented practice. Bernie fixed my favorite glasses that had a near death fall experience from Bushe Gardens New Rollercoaster 🎢 . He fixed them better than new! And he and Seth helped me pick out new frames that best fit my face and style. Seth was fantastic as well and explained the difference in coatings and Blue blockers so I only got was needed. I love the consistency in Great Patient Care here and this is the reason I send all of my patients here! Thank you ALL again!

I needed to get glasses for my 1 and a half year old and just found this place on Google. They said I could come in without an appointment. They could not have been nicer. From walking in to putting glasses on my daughter was probably less than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind and was genuinely excited for my daughter to get her glasses. I was amazed at how pleasant the experience was. Good customer service is so rare these days. I can't recommend this place enough. We will absolutely come back here next time we need a lens prescription filled.

I can't say enough about Dr. Wu and the entire team at Marciano Family Optometric. Due to the effects of a retinal detachment, I have a particularly complex prescription situation, and Dr. Wu has been exceptional in navigating that complexity with both expertise and genuine care. He doesn't just address the basics; he consistently goes the extra mile to ensure I'm getting the best possible results. That kind of commitment to a patient with a complicated case means more than I can easily express. The staff is equally impressive. They are warm, professional, and truly helpful every step of the way. If you're looking for an optometrist who will treat you as a person and not just a prescription, this is the place.

Finally - a real eye doctor. Not one thats is part of a chain store trying to make a profit. Real eye health with real explanations. I saw Dr. Wu, he is such a great physician. Its obvious he cares about his profession and the patient. Providing information, explanations and options for the information provided. Im not just talking about glasses and contacts - but actual eye health. The staff is great as well. Was helped mostly by Rebekah, she was so kind and helpful. Will be returning for years to come and referring others here as well.
