I always feel well cared for and listened to. Even though I only come once a year, Dr. Morrison always remembers me. She explains things thoroughly. I never feel rushed.

I have received my eye care here both routine and for detached retina and cataracts since 2019. The clinical staff is very helpful, explains things clearly. Dr. Morgan is terrific. The front desk accommodate appointments as much as it’s possible, and is very pleasant to deal with. The billing staff does a great job. I’m grateful that they are in our community

I was greeted warmly and my appointment was prompt. The only problem I had was that when I tried to call them later in the day to get a prescription renewed, I had to navigate to several sites to find the correct phone number, because it has changed. That was frustrating.

Always a positive experience when I’ve had appointments at Mid Coast Vision Care in Rockland. All the staff members are professional and pleasant. Dr. Serena Morrison is extremely knowledgeable and will take time to answer any questions you might have. I’ve always been seen with very little office wait times. I highly recommend these people.
